A focus group of men provided the questions and a panel of top-ranked dads took a shot at the answers. On Father's Day 2019, Elder Paul Russell led a team of dads including Pastor Dwight Fletcher, businessmen Ricky Mahfood, Rohan Rose and Michael Watson and retired army Major Neil Lewis. They looked at discipline, life balance, perspectives on God.
