The Divisional Leader, Family Life & Worship provides spiritual leadership, strategic direction, and administrative oversight to ministries within the division. The role is responsible for guiding and supporting Ministry Leaders in the Care, Family, Prayer, and Worship Ministries to ensure effective program development, spiritual growth, pastoral care, and alignment with the church’s mission and vision. Through mentoring Ministry Leaders, evaluating ministry effectiveness, and fostering collaboration and unity, the Divisional Leader plays a key role in strengthening the overall spiritual health and impact of the congregation.

The candidate will be an action-oriented leader and mentor with a strong multidisciplinary skill set and people-management capabilities.

A Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry, Management Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution, and three (3) years’ church or ministry leadership experience is required for this position.
