The Team Leader, Events is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing approved events, projects, special initiatives, and activities for Transformed Life Church (TLC), its related entities, and clients through The Ambassadors. Serving as the primary operational contact for event delivery, the incumbent ensures that all events are executed efficiently, creatively, and professionally while remaining aligned with the vision and direction of TLC and its clients.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, is highly resourceful and detail-oriented, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications is required.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least three (3) years of relevant experience, including a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory role. Knowledge of project management, administration, scheduling techniques, event coordination, and marketing is highly desirable.
