The incumbent will develop, implement, and sustain an assimilation strategy (clear spiritual pathway) to lead uncommitted people of all ages and stages to become fully devoted followers of Jesus and discover their giftedness for volunteer service in the context of the church ministry. Also responsible for overseeing data management, and monitoring of metrics for data-driven church decisions to be made.

The candidate will be a maturing Christian who is attentive to details, with strong people management, time management, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of assimilation programmes and techniques, including recent trends is an asset.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry, Management Studies, or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution, and three (3) years of working experience in a similar position are required.
