The Team Leader, Small Groups will assist with developing, implementing, and conducting continuous reviews of the offerings for the Mentorship, Discipleship, and Life Group programs, and ensure that Congregants are placed into these programs in accordance with their needs. Also, assists with coordination, follow-up, data analysis and reporting for Congregants as they take the next steps in their spiritual development, specifically life groups, mentorships, classes and provides support to small group leaders.

We are looking for a team member who is a coordinated independent worker with good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of computers, Microsoft suite of products, and any other software/applications are essential for the role. The position requires a Diploma in Pastoral Ministry, Management Studies or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution, with at least three (2) years of working experience at a supervisory level. In-depth knowledge of discipleship programs and techniques, including recent trends is an asset.
