Are you a dynamic, motivated, engaging, and committed individual with a heart for young people to lead and grow a growing Youth Ministry?

Under the general direction and counsel of the Founding Pastors, Executive Pastors, and the Church Board of Transformed Life Church (TLC), a successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and guidance for the operational and functional areas of the Youth Ministry, ensuring that they are aligned with the goals and objectives of the church.

The role is responsible for providing leadership and spiritual direction for TLC’s Youth Ministry programmes, managing the development and implementation of youth programmes, including youth evangelism, sports evangelism, retreats, and Bible study sessions; as well as overseeing the development and implementation of curriculum for youth of all age groups to build young disciples for Jesus Christ.

The position requires a maturing Christian with at least three years of related experience in youth ministry (with at least one year at a leadership level); as well as knowledge of effective communication techniques for young people, and a solid foundation in Scripture and theology. A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution is essential/required. Proficiency in evangelism studies and youth ministry operations, as well as previous experience in a volunteer-driven organisation, are assets.
