Full Time

The Divisional Leader, Corporate Administration provides strategic leadership and oversight across multiple ministry areas to ensure alignment with the church’s mission and vision. This role directs and supports Ministry Leaders in the development and implementation of comprehensive programs, while offering spiritual guidance and administrative supervision to the Finance, Information Technology, Human Resource & Administration, and Property Ministries. The Divisional Leader mentors and equips Ministry Leaders to foster excellence, collaboration, and unity, ensuring each ministry functions effectively. Additionally, the role evaluates ministry programs for both operational effectiveness and strategic alignment, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and faithful service.

The candidate will be an action-oriented leader and mentor with a strong multidisciplinary skill set and people-management capabilities.

 

A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, or equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution and three (3) years’ managerial experience in corporate service is required for this position.
